About Coach Brittany Wilkewitz. Brittany has a passion for movement. The style of yoga she teaches and the movement education she offers are based on the LYT method by a physical therapist, Lara Heimann. It focuses on strengthening common areas that create pain in the body (knees, ankle, shoulders). Her motivation is to keep people moving- pain-free. She also loves space, reading, plants, sunshine, and volleyball.

Certifications. Brittany's certifications included two 200-hr RYT training, completed in 2014 and 2020, undergoing her 300hr TT, and a 20-hour aerial teacher training in 2017. She has over 3,000 hours of teaching experience. She is also certified in Functional Range Conditioning.
