About Coach Kadisha Aburub. Coach Kadisha has been doing yoga for 4 years and was certified RYT200 at Long Beach School of Yoga. Her personal favorite styles of yoga include yin and hatha yoga. For her yoga has been a practice of freedom; a practice that she utilizes on and off the mat. Throughout her class there will be an emphasis on meditation and creating a still mind while moving. Creating an environment that completely immerses you in what you are doing right now is the essence of yoga.
